To enable Single Sign-on through Auth0, you need to have an existing configured application on Auth0. Steps to do this are:

Create a new application for SSO in Auth0:

Go to Dashboard > Applications > Applications.
Click Create Application.

Under Name type in a relevant name for the new application (Instahyre is recommended as the Application Name) and select Regular Web Applications as application type and click Create.

After this you will be redirected to the application overview and go to tab Addons. Switch on SAML2 - WEB APP

In tab Settings of the pop-up add the following details: Application Callback URL: https://auth.instahyre.com/sso/sp/consume/instahyredemo Settings:

Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings tab and click Enable.
Go to the Usage tab and download the Identity Provider Metadata. As a result an XML file will be downloaded.

To enable Single Sign-on through Google Admin Console you need to have an existing configured application on Google Suite.

Create a new application for SSO in Google Suite

Go to your Google Admin Console and click Apps.

Select SAML apps.
Click Add App > Add custom SAML app.

Under Step 1 of the pop-up, fill in an app name and click Continue.
In Step 2, download the IDP metadata file under Option 1. Click Continue.

In Step 3 add the following values:

ACS URL: https://auth.instahyre.com/sso/sp/consume/instahyredemo Entity ID: instahyre Select the box for Signed Response Name ID: Basic Information > Primary Email Name ID Format: EMAIL

To enable Single Sign-on through Azure, you need to have an existing configured application on Azure AD.

Create a new application for SSO in Azure Active Directory

Go to your administrator Dashboard in Azure Active Directory and click to Active Directory > Enterprise Applications

Click + Create your own application.

Type in a relevant name, select Non-gallery application, and click Create.
After this you're redirected to the newly created application Overview, go to Getting started via the left side menu and click Configure single sign-on (or click Single sign-on from the side menu).

Here are the steps to create a new application for SSO in Okta

In the Admin console, go to Applications
Click on Create App Integration

Select SAML 2.0 in the Sign-in method section and Click Next.

On the General Settings tab, enter a name for your integration and optionally upload a logo. Click Next.

In the SAML Settings add the following values:

Single sign on URL: https://auth.instahyre.com/sso/sp/consume/instahyredemo (Select the box for Use this for Recipient URL and Destination URL)
Audience URI (SP Entity ID): Instahyre
Name ID Format: EmailAddress

Under the Attribute Statements section of the SAML setting, add the following: email set to "user.email"

Instahyre offers SAML based Single Sign On(SSO) that allows recruiters to login to Instahyre through an Identity Provider of your choice. We allow integrations with any provider that supports SAML2 (Security Assertion Markup Language).

Few pre-requisites for SSO eligibility in your Instahyre account

All team members will have to be a registered user on Instahyre before being able to login via SSO
Instahyre login credentials will still be functional after SSO has been enabled, but SSO password can only be reset from your SSO provider
You can provide and revoke access of team members to SSO, via your identity provider.
Users can choose to login either from Instahyre SSO login page, your SSO provider or a login link

How to integrate SSO in your Instahyre Account?

To access the SSO dashboard, Go to integrations section of your account and select SSO.

How to enable 'Fair Evaluations' on my job?

To enable fair evaluations follow these steps:

Go to step three i.e. "Extras" while posting or editing a job.
Toggle the switch under Fair evaluations to enable it for the job and click Save Changes

You can also extend permissions to "Interview" type roles to see evaluations submitted by other team members as per your hiring policy.

Apart from Job coordinators, if you wish to allow anyone other than the Job Coordinator and the Stage owner to view evaluation's submitted by other team members without submitting their own, then add them to the below-shown field.
